On July 6, 2023, the GAMM Student Chapter Ulm met for the annual elections. Since Samuel Knaus sadly is no longer a member of our Student Chapter he was not available for the office of treasurer anymore. Lewin Ernst was elected to fulfill this function within the Chapter from now on. All other offices were also confirmed.
During the meeting, possible activities for the upcoming year, such as excursions to companies, were also discussed. Moreover, we officially announced to the members the new status of our group as SIAM Student Chapter and informed them about the opportunities this will bring in the future.
In order to celebrate the new status as SIAM Student Chapter, afterwards, we went together to the barbecue area at University West. With perfect weather we ended the evening with enough cool drinks and barbecue food.
